Underground strength & conditioning

Strength that outlasts you.

No mirrors, no machines that do the work for you. Training Tomb is a bare-concrete strength box built for people who want to get measurably stronger and are willing to put in the reps to prove it.

We built this place around one idea: the bar doesn't care about your excuses.

Training Tomb isn't a wellness studio. It's a strength gym for people training toward a number — a total, a bodyweight ratio, a comeback from injury — who want coaching that's honest about where they actually are.

I.

Programmed, not improvised

Every block is written by a coach who's watching your numbers move, not pulled from a generic app the day you sign up.

II.

Coached, every session

A coach is on the floor for every class watching bar path and bracing — not standing at a desk checking members in.

III.

Measured, not guessed

We log your lifts and retest on a fixed cycle, so progress is a number on a chart, not a feeling you hope is true.

Three programs. One standard.

Pick the door that matches what you're training for — every track shares the same coaching staff and the same testing calendar.

Strength

Foundations

A linear strength block built on the squat, bench, deadlift and press. For lifters who want a bigger total and don't yet have one.

  • 4 sessions a week, 60 minutes
  • Testing every 8 weeks
  • Best for: first 2 years of lifting
Conditioning

The Descent

Mixed-modal conditioning that still respects the barbell — engine work for lifters who don't want to lose strength chasing it.

  • 5 sessions a week, 45 minutes
  • Benchmark workouts monthly
  • Best for: general fitness, hybrid athletes
Recovery

Resurrection

Return-to-lifting programming after injury or a long layoff, built with a coach who adjusts load week to week based on how you move.

  • 3 sessions a week, coach-led
  • Movement screen on entry
  • Best for: coming back from time off

One room. Built for the barbell.

4,200 square feet of platform space, no cardio wall, no juice bar. What's here is here because a lift needs it.

Platforms

8 competition platforms, calibrated bars

Racks

10 power racks, 4 with monolifts

Plates

Kilo and pound calibrated sets, both available

Extras

Sled track, GHD, reverse hyper, sauna

The staff on the floor.

Every coach lifts competitively or has, and every coach programs the lifters they coach — not a spreadsheet handed down from someone who's never seen you train.
